Your team will be selling a portfolio of industry leading solutions focused on supporting mid-market and enterprise clients improve efficiency, productivity and compliance. This role will lead the existing SDR team in UK and expand that team further to support the senior sales team throughout Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring healthy pipeline build for the commercial teams and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth. Position Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to create net new opportunities for sales pursuit, measured by qualified meetings, pipeline build and ultimately sales outcomes. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the European market, in both the Enterprise and SMB segments. Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the strategy with broader company objectives. Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. Utilise Salesforce to manage team performance Provide detailed analysis to inform management decisions. Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge. Create SDR playbooks and campaigns to build a high volume, high value pipeline of opportunities. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree A minimum of 5 years of sales experience 3 years sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. Knowledge of the European market and additional languages an advantage. Ability to work at pace and speed and have a growth mindset, to pivot as needed. A strong team player, able to work in a matrixed organisation.
