Reporting to the Marketing Manager UK, the Business Development Executive is responsible for cold calling active and prospect customers to generate sales ready equipment leads and will be a hybrid role working from our Global Headquarters - Linx House, St Ives Cambridgeshire. In this role, a typical day will look like: · Prospecting & Outreach: Execute targeted cold calling using targeted lists, complemented by research-driven outreach. · Lead Qualification: Connect with potential clients to identify sales-ready leads and keep our pipeline robust. · CRM Management: Maintain our customer database in Salesforce, ensuring that all data remains accurate and up-to-date. · Collaboration: Work closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to share market insights that help shape future campaigns. · Technology Integration: Utilize our suite of marketing and sales tools-call systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, live chat and email enhance efficiency. The essential requirements of the job include: · Proven telesales experience with a strong record in a competitive outbound sales environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and online. · Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, with a focus on data integrity. · Familiarity with modern marketing and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call handling software, and email. · A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
