As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant department, managing a team of staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Manage plant stock, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining stock levels
* Ensure the plant department is visually appealing and well-maintained
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a garden centre or retail environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of plants and gardening
