An Outstanding School in Essex is Seeking a Year 3 Teacher
Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a reputable 'Outstanding’ primary school based in Thurrock, Essex from January 2024. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching in a Year 3 setting. The Year 3 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.
Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire Year 3 students to reach their full potential
* Monitor and assess students' progress and keep regular records of Year 3 students’ academic performance
* Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
* Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for Year 3 students
* Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
* Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment
Year 3 Teacher Requirements:
* Year 3 teacher experience
* QTS or equivalent
* A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field
* Proven experience in teaching Year 3 in a mainstream primary or secondary school
* Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
* Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
* Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
* A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
Year 3 Teacher Salary
The salary for this Year 3 Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the Fringe of London.
