Requirements The applicant should have at least 3 years experience working at registrar level. They should also be in possession of their MRCOG part 3. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work as a team. The successful applicants will be expected to contribute to the Departments governance programme, including participation in department meetings, safety initiatives and morbidity and mortality meetings. The successful candidates will be expected to fully engage with Appraisal as part of GMC Revalidation. Departmental services University hospital Dorset is split across several sites but the applicants work would be based on the Royal Bournemouth Hospital site and the Poole Hospital site. The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department is made up of 20 consultants. There is a wide range of obstetric and gynaecological services offered including urogynaecology, cancer, colposcopy, early pregnancy, menopause, fetal and maternal medicine and pre-term birth.
