A growing Multi Academy Trust based in Brighton is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Partner to join its dynamic team. The Role
The HR Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, strategic HR support across the trust. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, employee relations, and recruitment. This role requires a proactive approach to implementing people-focused solutions that align with the trust’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with school leaders to deliver HR strategies that drive organisational success.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
* Lead on key HR initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and talent development.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the trust.
* Support the implementation of organisational change projects.
* Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the education sector or a multi-site organisation.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
* Demonstrable ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
