We're currently looking for a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term staff basis. This position sits within our Digital Transformation Team. ACCA is going through an ambitious Digital Transformation (DT), at the heart of which is the design and build of a new CRM Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics365. We are looking for a project manager to manage the delivery of key workstreams of the programme. This exciting key role will require excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and the successful candidate will work with ACCA and third-party technology partners to ensure overall success. This opportunity will suit an energetic enthusiastic individual, ideally with experience of technical project management on large complex projects or programmes. The Job Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: Supporting the preparation of requests for project proposals and business cases and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate production of required levels of information for each stage. Managing all phases of projects to ensure on-time completion within budget. Develop project plans and objectives; identify resources needed, develop schedules and methods for measuring results. Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities for projects. Ensure the delivery of project outputs are to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan. Ensure the preparation and dissemination of relevant and timely project communications. Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and other initiatives. Manage contributions to the project from third party suppliers as appropriate and manage and maintain strong working relationships with all project suppliers both internal and external to ensure optimum performance. The Person We're looking for someone who has: Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines, standards and processes in a large and complex environment with multiple delivery partners Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work with a project team and plan their work clearly and accurately Experience of managing projects with business and technology deliverables and involving external third-party providers Experience of programme-scale resource planning Project Management qualification, such as Prince 2 Certified Practitioner, or equivalent level of experience Good understanding of budgetary control [£250K - £1.5m] and resource allocation procedures.
