Join us as a Junior IT Service Manager
* We’re looking for a Junior IT Service Manager to help us deliver outstanding service to our stakeholders.
* You'll be helping to bring IT Service Management capabilities and related service delivery offerings to the next level.

What you'll do
In your new role, you'll be managing the delivery of excellent service to our stakeholders through the delivery of one or more IT service management disciplines, such as financial, configuration and asset, supplier and knowledge management.
You'll also be:
* Managing cross-charging of change the bank activities delivered by Wealth Chief Digital Information office (WCDIO).
* Supporting central governance for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), along with planning and execution of small technology and application changes in our CMDB.
* Managing and overseeing end of life activities of IT Infrastructure and application components.
* Supporting supplier management activities such as monitoring of contract terms, setting up of small contracts in cooperation with local and central teams.
* Maintaining and unifying confluence spaces.
* Supporting the analysis, definition, implementation and optimization of ITIL processes.
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a basic understanding of application and technology landscapes, a great interest in non-operational service management domains, and a strong desire to learn new things.
You’ll also demonstrate:
* Strong interest and technical understanding of a bank's IT landscape.
* Strong Excel skills and experience in data management along with experience in JIRA and Confluence handling.
* Analytical, logical and structured way of working with a keen eye for detail.
* Fast in adapting to new procedures and working practices of a dynamic and international environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
* Solution and service-oriented mindset, taking over ownership and showing leadership.
