Job Description
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant with experience in the talent agency and entertainment industry to support the owner of a leading talent agency representing influencers, actors, musicians, and media personalities.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. If you have experience providing PA support within a talent agency or entertainment business, we’d love to hear from you.
We are open to applications from candidates looking for full-time, part-time, freelance and contract roles.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to the agency owner, managing schedules, emails, and communications
* Handle diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
* Liaise with talent, agents, brand partners, and key industry contacts
* Support with contract administration, invoicing, and confidential documentation
* Ensure smooth workflow and organisation across both business and personal tasks
What We're Looking For
* PA experience in a talent agency, entertainment company, or media business
* Strong understanding of talent representation, brand partnerships, and industry dynamics
* Excellent organisational skills, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of professionalism
