In this role you'll:
* Collaborate with key senior stakeholders to develop effective governance and control framework and supporting processes for Distribution projects and programmes.
* Play a crucial part in maturing our project organisation's project management and control capabilities through input to the development of strategy and providing coaching, support, and training.
* Develop and maintain the portfolio governance pipeline plan in collaboration with project sponsors to ensure that all projects and programmes in the portfolio have appropriate execution strategies, approval and oversight.
* Operation and support of all transformation related governance and forums including Transformation Sub-Committee, Transformation Design Authority and Programme Delivery Authority.
* Development, planning and delivery of project and programme health checks and assurance reviews with the ability to produce comprehensive, concise reports suitable for a senior audience.

* Able to understand key project controls (cost, schedule, and risk) and use these to shape the insight and management information required to enable a wide range of stakeholders to understand project and programme performance.
* Able to use your analytical skills to support project assurance and deliver health checks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient and a problem solver who can work well independently.
