Kent County Council is looking for three Learning Solutions Developers to design and deliver the training programme for our implementation of our new Oracle Cloud system.
This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract and will work within Learning & Development as part of KCC’s Oracle Cloud Programme (OCP) Project Team.
These roles will work alongside workstream experts across Finance, Procurement and Human Resources to identify those to be trained, identify training needs, the appropriate delivery methods, and then design and deliver those interventions to our employees.
We are looking for experienced professionals with a proven track record either in learning design and delivery or subject matter experts keen to expand their skills into learning design and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Experience pertinent to the job role, either in learning design and delivery or in Finance, Procurement and/or Human Resources
* Exceptional people engagement and presentation skills to engage stakeholders in the development process and end-users in learning delivery
* Ability to work to project plans and meet deadlines
Interviews for the role will take place on Monday 24th February in Maidstone. Please note the interview will include an assessment activity.
