About the Role
As a Bid Writer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire bid process from inception to submission. Working as part of a small, dynamic team, you'll ensure high-quality proposals are delivered on time, aligned with client expectations and internal standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage the full bid lifecycle, from PQQs to tender return submissions
2. Compile comprehensive launch packs
3. Schedule and chair bid launch and regular progress meetings
4. Interpret client deliverables and scoring matrices to guide bid strategies
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather and refine content
6. Set internal deadlines, monitor progress, and hold bid team members accountable
