Job Description
As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will:
4. Work within the Digital Trading Team to drive sales, through workflow management of campaigns and promotions
5. Report on digital trade highlighting key information
6. Analysis of best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
7. Produce insight information for both internal and external discussions.
8. Prioritise workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming campaigns and promotions
9. Ensuring products have the required product content to launch online and work with teams to resolve any issues to optimise sales on site.
10. Support delivering seasonal promotion and campaign edits in line with company trading calendar.
11. Optimise customer experience during daily site walks and data analysis, to drive categorisation or product content improvements
12. Maintain internal relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
13. Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.
14. Manage key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
15. Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the digital trading team and be prepared to go the extra mile.

Qualifications
16. Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
17. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business/numeric related subject
18. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
19. Excellent attention to detail
20. Ability to plan and organise own workload
21. Advanced Excel skills preferable
