We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join and assist the team. This role is situated within a very busy business advisory firm, specialising in corporate finance and director training.
We are seeking an ambitious individual to provide administrative support on projects undertaken.
We require a confident and clear individual in all communications, as this role will involve a significant amount of telephone and email interaction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to the Corporate Finance Team for project work, including chasing targets (via telephone)
* Assist with specific desk-based research, producing target lists and various tasks
* Answer the office telephone and perform general office duties
* Follow up leads from databases, enquiries via email, and cold calling
* Develop specific expertise relating to our market sector and our products and services
* Build and maintain a database and documents to a high degree of accuracy
* Combine complex data into clear reports and proposals
* Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
* Any other reasonable management request
* Support the CEO with travel arrangements and meeting scheduling as required
Essential requirements for the job:
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications
* Proficient using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
* Exemplary telephone communication skills
* Work with the rest of the team to support the corporate finance team on admin and telephone support
* Be motivated and confident
* Have exemplary time management skills
* Competent multi-tasker
* Be able to remain calm under pressure
* Experience in diary management would be advantageous, but not essential
