About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Assistant to join our team at ROC Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel arrangements as required.
2. Communication and Liaison: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
3. Expense Management: Reconcile and file expenses for the investment team.
4. Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage supplies, and liaise with external suppliers.
5. Enquiry Handling: Respond to client inquiries, direct messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* A graduate with circa 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A 'hands-on' approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.
