Support the smooth running of office activities for a local charity in Uxbridge.
As an Office Support Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our office by providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings, ordering stationery and supplies, managing information stocks, supporting outreach activities, and coordinating centre bookings. You will also provide administrative support to volunteers and answer telephone calls.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can register new carers and send out information packs as required. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work independently, we would like to hear from you.
Our client is a charity that provides support services for unpaid carers living or caring in the London Borough of Hillingdon. They work to improve support and recognition for carers and their families.
As part of this role, you will be working closely with other charities that provide specialist support for carers. We offer a range of free services for adult carers, including advice and guidance, practical help, and emotional support.

The salary for this role is approximately £21,522 per annum, based on 21 hours per week. Please note that this figure may increase to £28,280 per annum if your hours are increased to 28 hours per week in 2025.
