What We’re Looking For Early Years Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (essential). Experience: Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Knowledge of EYFS: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its importance in children’s development. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Lunch Supervision: Ensure a safe, calm, and enjoyable lunchtime environment for the children. Care Support: Assist children with their meals, supporting their social and emotional development.
