As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your role will be crucial in ensuring students with additional needs receive the support they require to fully engage with their learning. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child (or children) diagnosed with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively.
2. Nurturing the child's social and emotional well-being, fostering a safe and positive school experience.
3. Supporting learning activities within the overall teaching plan to facilitate student engagement and development.
