The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity for a new HSEQ Manager to cover a national role for our Spadeoak team. Across the team we’ll be in 40 construction zones each month, predominantly split across the South Coast and Midlands region. You’ll be tasked to empower our operational teams ensuring a world-class health and safety protocol is in place.
With the support of our Aggregate Industries & Holcim Health & Safety teams, you’ll have a network of experienced professionals able to offer guidance and best practices in this arena. You’ll be a true leader in this space, passionate about health and safety and aware of risks in construction zones. You’ll work closely with supervisors of our operational teams to nurture and develop their health and safety understanding.
With a national area and multiple teams, you’ll have an opportunity to ensure safety across a truly varied set of projects from MOD contracts, major sporting clubs courts to your local supermarket’s new car park.
Who You Are
You’ll have experience working within a construction, civils, or surfacing environment.
You’ll have proven health and safety qualifications, either to NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
