Conveyancing Assistant
My Leeds based client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their firm, with salaries dependent on experience.
What will you be doing?
1. Working within the Conveyancing department as a Conveyancing Assistant.
2. Dealing with exchanges and paperwork.
3. Preparing mortgage reports.
4. Ordering searches.
5. Opening files.
6. Producing documents.
7. Filing, billing, and taxing.
8. Managing post and telephone calls.
9. Performing ad hoc and admin duties.
What skills will you have?
You will have at least one year's experience providing support as a Conveyancing Assistant; any additional legal experience would be advantageous. You will be a strong communicator, well-organized, and able to work efficiently through large workloads in order of priority. You will have strong IT and admin skills and work well in a team.
