About the Role: Our site in Carlisle employs around 1,200 people across 3 factories and is where we produce a huge range of chilled food products for major retailers. It’s a fast-paced environment, where things can change very quickly, and no two days are ever the same. In this front-of-house role, you’ll be providing a professional, friendly, and effective reception service to visitors coming to the site and any incoming telephone enquiries. As part of the wider HR team, you’ll also provide general admin support by helping with enquiries from colleagues, maintaining records, and generating reports. This will include things such as creating new-starter packs, arranging vehicle and room hire, processing right-to-work documents, or running daily absence reports. Other tasks may include handling mail, ordering stationery, and maintaining the reception and waiting areas. About You: We’re keen to hear from anybody who with prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role who is interested in joining our growing HR team. You’ll need a confident yet personable and professional manner, excellent communication skills, and be able to plan and organise your own workload. Strong IT skills (MS Office – Word/Excel) are also required. Experience of HR administration would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
