The Role
Location: Flexible
As a result of internal mobility, we are excited to announce that we are now looking for our next Personal Assistant to join our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Head of Global Security Operations and their team. You will work with a level of independence, utilising your expertise to support the Director and their functional team in their day-to-day activities.
Principal Accountabilities
* Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks, and managing an extremely active and changing calendar.
* Participating in regular/ad-hoc team meetings, capturing relevant notes and important decisions.
* Facilitating internal and external communication.
* Supporting preparation of presentations and statistical analysis, distributing recaps by delivering meeting reports.
* Managing business travel arrangements including flights and hotel accommodations.
* Monitoring email inboxes and taking action as necessary.
Skills and Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience in a supporting Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant type role in a corporate, fast-moving environment.
* Experience of diary management.
* Good sense of business acumen to communicate effectively with senior management.
* Good planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
* Experience working with corporate finance systems.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
