About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and growing service. You will be responsible for:
* The work of key Registration activity such as:
o Ensuring Birth registration appointments are booked.
o Effective administration of the death management process.
* Processing requests for copy certificates and corrections to registrations.
* To support and maintain the civil registration records for the registration district.
* To perform/support various duties required of a Deputy Superintendent Registrar.
* To Support the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring work is completed within agreed standards and timescales.
* Working with Registrars to support customers on their registration journey.

About You
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who possess a “can-do” attitude and are passionate about ensuring a high level of service for the residents of the county.
* You will need to have the following skills:
* A high standard of IT literacy
* Strong customer service skills
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to devise solutions to issues arising from within the daily workload.
