To practice in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional conduct and scope of professional practice and maintain own NMC registration. Contribute to the leg ulcer management strategy for SWFT through service re-design and the provision of equitable services. Communication Showing empathy, understanding, and professionalism, when communicating with patients, their carers and family. Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, service users and other healthcare professionals. Maintain confidentiality at all times, as per trust policy and guidelines. Contribute towards the development of junior staff and students through supervision, teaching and practice.
