We are therefore seeking an applicant who can contribute towards this already strong, positive and supportive team. The role of Data Administrative Assistant supports various areas of school administration with a strong focus on the managing of ParentPay system to support the collection of monies for trips and school dinners; this will include monitoring income and providing reports to responsible staff, creating and issuing letters to parents/carers, contacting parents/carers regarding payments. You will also work alongside our Data Manager to build and maintain databases, support the transition process of students joining us from Primary School and co-ordinate the annual review of pupil data to ensure records held are up-to-date You will work under the direct supervision of the Data Manager whilst also undertaking other general administration tasks to assist other areas of the school when required.
