We have ambitious goals to be the employer of choice in our area and you could play a big part in that. As part of a responsive HR team, you will work closely with managers across the business to proactively support them to positively deal with a range of casework and people issues, including absence, wellbeing and other ER casework. You will also support the HR team to deliver annual wellbeing or inclusion programmes, and other people initiatives.
This role is full time but we will consider 4 days per week for the right candidate.
