Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Highly Specialised Clinical band 7 role within our community MSK Physiotherapy team providing out-patient care across East and North Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be part of the MSK Service senior team providing clinical leadership for care delivered by MSK Physiotherapy.
This is an opportunity to develop managerial skills as well as continuing to develop clinical knowledge and expertise. Internal training is available and appropriate external courses will be supported as part of PDP.

East and North Hertfordshire - Part time 20 hours
Hertfordshire Musculoskeletal Service is currently looking for a highly specialist musculoskeletal Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our community physiotherapy team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and competent musculoskeletal physiotherapist to further develop clinical and leadership skills as part of a supportive and knowledgeable out-patient integrated service. We have a commitment to clinical quality and ensure regular supervision and CPD opportunities.
The MSK physiotherapy team forms part of the integrated community MSK Services working alongside the MSK Clinical, Assessment and Treatment Service (MSKCATS), the ACTIVATE for CFS and Persistent Pain team and the Hand Therapy team.
The successful applicant will take a key role in clinical leadership working alongside the Team Leads and MSK Service Lead.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
Essential
* HCPC Registered Practitioner
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent (e.g., Diploma in Physiotherapy).
* Evidence of advanced clinical continuing professional development.
* Specific postgraduate study in a pertinent area to Masters level or equivalent.
* Significant previous relevant MSK clinical experience.
* Demonstrable experience in a clinical advanced role.
Experience and Knowledge

* Experience in supervision of staff.
* Experience of treating high-risk patients.
* Good organisational skills.
* Able to work alone.
* Self-motivated.
* High level of knowledge and understanding of NHS, social care, and education clinical policy.
