The role
You will provide administrative support for the Property Management Team, helping to develop effective and efficient processes where gaps are identified. You will also take ownership of queries relating to the contracted services we provide and liaise with the contractor, contracts manager and customers to ensure issues are acted on and resolved swiftly and in line with service contracts.
You will be expected to attend schemes when required by the Property Manager to investigate queries or review standards of service. You will also provide duty cover for the Property Management office 3 days per week.
