Job overview
An opportunity has become available for a new Resource Manager role within West Community Learning Disability, which is a dynamic and team wanting to develop the way services are being delivered. This is being done by looking at the information available to the Team Manager around provision of services, including referrals into team, specific documentation being carried out and audits being carried.
The Resource Manager will support the Team Manager with the operational management of the team for two days a week, which needs to be Mondays and Tuesdays. This will be for an initial 12 months but with an option of this being extended for a further 12 months.
The Team covers two bases, one in Chester/ Ellesmere Port and one in Winsford, and so the base for the successful applicant will be agreed as part of the recruitment process.
Main duties of the job
1. Supporting the reviewing of the data/ information available in terms of the Teams performance and delivery of service.
2. Supporting the operational management tasks with the direction of Team manager, including, reviewing information on ESR including supervision, appraisal and training compliance, reviewing information on electronic patient records (SystmOne) and audits that are being requested.
3. Being point of contact for operational matters on a Monday and Tuesday while Team Manager is carrying out a different role within the team.
