Receptionist - Solihull / Birmingham Airport area £12.00 an hour holiday pay Immediate start until at least Monday 20th January inclusive Strong potential to be extended Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday The role of Receptionist: Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office Handling any incoming calls, dealing with basic queries when they come in & transferring calls to the appropriate party Assisting with meeting room bookings including organising refreshments & stationery Ensuring that AV equipment is in good working order and ready for meetings Some basic ad hoc administration as required The ideal Receptionist: Previous experience in a Reception or Front of House role - this experience is ESSENTIAL Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal Solid IT Skills
