Senior Womenswear Multiproduct Designer (Office Based Role)

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are a vibrant team full of passion, energy, and innovation.
What you will do:
* Support in leading overall design direction and creative aesthetic for new ranges, working closely with our Co-Founders/Product Manager.
* Push new product line development that aligns with the brand's next steps and current trends.
* Effectively manage our Junior and Assistant Designers in their day-to-day work and skill development.
* Work closely with our Head of Merchandising to ensure lines are varied and prepared by set deadlines.
* Liaise closely with the Buying Team and suppliers to advise design adjustments and amendments.
* Have a keen commercial eye with high-level skills in developing designs that align with the Seekers brand.
* Provide regular and efficient communication across the design team with relevant updates.
* Lead the creation of new designs on a daily basis following initial set briefs.
* Be versatile in style of designs, with the ability to switch ideas depending on the set collection storyline/brief.
* Work alongside our Garment Technicians & Models in fit sessions on new development.
* Oversee the product offering/curation of linesheets for B2B presentation.
* Lead in offering new product lines on a B2B basis with retail partners.
* Produce ideas for new product lines and product expansion across the brand offering.
* Work under time constraints and to meet deadlines.
We are looking for someone who has:
* The ability to work on-site at our office HQ.
* Evidence and examples of a strong design portfolio.
* Significant level of experience in a womenswear or menswear design role previously, alongside a degree level qualification (minimum of 3 years experience).
* Excellent knowledge of the brand and the signature jersey/vintage aesthetic.
* A creative flair with a unique vision and original ideas.
* In-depth experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
* An open mind and “think-out-of-the-box” attitude.
* The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team.
* Effective project management skills and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational and people management skills.
