Principle Tasks:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Business Development Manager OSA will be to develop the Time & Sync PNT Business in UK and Ireland, Nordics and BeNeLux in order to support OSA growth strategy, winning large / innovative projects and accounts. You will also be responsible for analyzing and structuring potential Time & Sync PNT use cases and provide market feedback in order to align OSA strategic direction.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Development of sales / business with power utilities, broadcast companies, data centers, defense, government and mobile operators alike
* Responsible for OSA Time & Sync / PNT business development in UK and Ireland, Nordics and BeNeLux
* Strengthen the leading position of the company as Time & Sync / PNT market leader and its reputation for excellence
* Ensure the sale and promotion of products and services
* Manage a regional network of Value Added Resellers (VARs)
* Ensure the implementation, coordination and support of an active and effective network of VARs
* Ensure the implementation of the strategy of launching new products
* Ensure the exploration of new PNT projects, customers and markets
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Demonstrable experience in Sales / Business Development at international level in the mobile operator, broadcast companies, data center and power industries ideally with an expertise on Time & Sync technology and PNT
* Proven leadership skills in a Sales / Business Development role
* Team player capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Hard worker, fully committed with a passion to win
* Good written and spoken English
Scope of employment
* Fulltime / Permanent
* Readiness to travel (approx. 60%)

* Sales compensation scheme: Base salary + Commission
