Looking for a Financial Crime role with plenty of opportunity for development?
That’s what’s on offer here. Whilst focusing on your Transaction Monitoring experience initially, you’ll have the opportunity to learn additional skills including CDD, EDD, PEPs, Sanctions screening, and SARs reporting.
You’ll be working for an established, market-leading firm that is growing fast, both here in the UK and internationally. You’ll support the MLRO helping to ensure the business operates in full alignment with UK and international money laundering regulations.
You’ll monitor large volumes of customer transactions for signs of Financial Crime (Fraud and Money Laundering) and escalate potential cases of fraud, money laundering, and/or terrorist financing for further investigation.
This is a customer-facing role, and you will need to communicate clearly with customers over the telephone as well as by email to clarify any issues.
Minimum Requirements:
1. You’ll have at least 1 year’s experience in a Transaction Monitoring role within the Financial Services industry.
2. You will be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
3. A background in customer services would be advantageous.
This is an office-based role. The firm’s offices are right next door to New Street Station in Birmingham City Centre and so ideal for public transport links.
