Main Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with estate agency teams for training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, providing advice on various products and services to meet their needs
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships
Skills and Experience Needed:
* CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Excellent customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
