Job Title: Packaging Internal Account Manager
Salary: Basic Salary £25k to £29k + commission

The Internal Account Manager will manage a set portfolio of accounts and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for someone with hunger, drive, and resilience. You will be required to translate client needs into actionable insights for the business and use influencing and negotiation skills to convert sales leads into orders and upsell where possible. You must also be good with numbers, maintaining pricing levels to optimize sales and margin.
Understanding which products best match customer needs will require a candidate who knows the packaging industry inside-out; proven experience in a similar role within the industry is essential. Knowledge of the packaging merchanting industry would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the world of e-commerce.
