We have an amazing opportunity for a Change and Performance Analyst to join our Business Improvement Team, based at our head office in Chatham.

As a team player and ambassador for the Business Transformation Team, you will be self-motivated, able to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines, and capable of learning quickly.
You’ll be involved in developing the Business Intelligence reporting using Power BI across the whole organisation, working with the business to ensure that departments understand their data and performance, and reporting to leadership on the overall performance of the business against its key goals.
Working in a team of 4 that is central to the business, you will be a key part of the team ensuring that mhs homes understands its data and how its services are performing, identifying trends in the data and feeding them in as we design and deploy service improvements in line with the organisation’s strategy.
