Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for a Customer Care Account Manager with a strong background in retail, hospitality management, or customer care, with an opportunity to gain an on-the-job degree.

In this role, you will be trained from scratch to become a fully-qualified Account Manager, working Monday - Friday and every other Saturday until 12:00.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing confidently with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
2. Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships.
3. Handling referrals, inbound enquiries, and ensuring you maximize customer spend by doing what's right for the customer.
Requirements:
1. Customer-focused.
2. A real can-do attitude, as you'll be helping to grow the client's arm of the business from the ground up.
3. Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability.
Required Skills / Experience:
1. Customer service.
2. Sales.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
