Main duties of the job
1. Assist in providing, under consultant supervision, a comprehensive plastic surgery service to patients in the hospital. There will be adequate training opportunities for progression in plastic surgery skills.
2. Support the provision and develop further with clinical colleagues in all disciplines including primary and tertiary care, where appropriate, to provide an integrated service for patients.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
Desirable criteria
* MRCS/FRCS- part 1 (or equivalent)
Experience/Clinical Skills
Essential criteria
* Experience in Plastic Surgery, as demonstrated by having evidence of sustained progress through training
* Log Book Evidence
* At least 6 Months NHS Experience
* Experience in managing risk and knows when to seek help, able to prioritise clinical need
* Proven ability to work effectively in a range of clinical settings
Management
Essential criteria
* Ability to contribute to the development of the service
* Capacity to manage/prioritise time and information effectively: capacity to organise own workload
