Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement globally consistent compensation strategies that support business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international labour laws and regulations
- Manage payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR to design and deliver training programs for payroll staff
- Analyse data to inform strategic decisions on remuneration and benefits
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you must possess:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in international payroll management
- Expertise in global remuneration practices and tax laws
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
