Using its specialist expertise, unique population, and collaborative approach, the team bridges boundaries, provides hope, and is actively shaping the future of mental health care. The Research Department has three Research Programme Managers each with a specific focus. This role will focus on staff development and getting staff involved in research. It will involve leading the MESH programme (programme for student mental health nurses), Research Champions network, and delivering a range of training and presentations to staff both within LYPFT and external organisations. The appointed candidate would be part of the senior leadership team for research in LYTPFT and represent research on internal committees and external groups.
