Science Teacher
Location: Northampton
Pay: £140 - £220 p/day
Start date: January
Working hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday, FULL TIME
A large mainstream secondary academy is looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join them for a long-term vacancy. This is a welcoming school with a positive and forward-thinking ethos. They have grown and developed a strong Science department, and they are looking for a teacher who can promote a love of learning for the subject.
This is a full class teaching role and there will be planning and marking involved. To be successful you must have experience delivering Science to KS3. This is a temporary role however, for the right candidate there will be an opportunity for progression and a permanent contract.
This role will be term time only and candidates must have relevant experience, ideally qualified teacher status or a recognised teaching qualification. To be considered you must have recent experience teaching Science.
The school are happy to consider Unqualified Teachers and NQTS.
Candidates must be ready to start work in January and be able to work 8:30am - 3:30pm.
