Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, the incumbent will provide support, shape, and deliver our Learning and Development strategy, as well as support the design and delivery of training courses across TVS.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills, knowledge, and abilities.
* Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand specific training requirements for different roles within the organization.
* Analyze performance data and employee feedback to determine training priorities and areas for improvement.
* Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and individual development needs.
* Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and multimedia aids.
* Utilize various instructional design methods to cater to different learning styles.
* Analyze Learning & Development data to create metrics and trends that influence positive change.
* Identify areas where external training can be delivered in-house.
* Ensure strong relationships and value when external training is provided.
* Leverage the LMS to develop e-learning modules for departmental and company-wide rollout.
* Facilitate participative training sessions in group and one-on-one settings.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in training needs analysis and program development.
* Experience in training, coaching, and facilitating teams and individuals.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably as an administrator.
* Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with training software, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationships.
