About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at VPI DHC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the plant equipment, performing first-line maintenance and fault finding on complex equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance or operation of similar equipment, with knowledge of relevant legislation and certifications such as IOSH 'Managing Safely'. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will assist the production and engineering teams in improving reliability, flexibility, and replacement of assets, and undertake roles and responsibilities as defined in management instructions during planned and unplanned maintenance events. You will also be responsible for ensuring records of site work activities are recorded accurately and contributing to the development of procedures and working practices.
