HR Business Partner
Permanent
Location: Bromsgrove and Worcester and Hybrid (4 days office based and 1 day from home)
Hours of Work: 08.15am till 5.15pm with flexibility to do an afternoon shift when required.
Salary: £40,000

THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their friendly and hard-working HR team. You will work across our two sites in Bromsgrove and Worcester and report to the HR Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law.
2. Participating in, and supporting managers with, full case management on ER cases, e.g., underperformance and dismissals.
3. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work.
4. Supporting the outsourced monthly payroll.
5. Delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above with demonstrable years of experience in a HR Business Partner role. You should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law. Key attributes include:
1. Ability to act as a point of contact for employees and managers within assigned business units.
2. Being proactive and efficient, comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising workload effectively.
3. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
4. Coordination of training and development programs and oversight of the monthly payroll process, including data entry, verification, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and deductions.
