We are currently seeking a Study Coordinator to join our Dose Analysis team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Duties include: - Serves as a contact with the Study Directors, in communication and interactions with other departments - Proactively communicates and interacts with the Study Directors and Laboratory Operations to ensure key milestones are achieved - Maintains well documented, organized and up-to-date study files - Regularly update Dose Analysis Study Management and the Study Director on the status of assigned studies - Perform checking of analytical data in a timely manner for assigned studies - Prepare draft contributory reports/tables for assigned studies - Identify and initiate Quality Events on the QMS (quality management system) - Develop an understanding of the duties and role of a Study Director - Report any difficulty, uncertainty or unexpected finding to Senior Dose Analysis personnel - Assists in interpreting data for reports, prepares data and submits to QA (quality Audit) - Co-ordinates return of study data to the Study Director/Sponsor after report finalisation. - Performs archiving of study specific and non-study specific data.
