Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits in accordance with established procedures, with guidance from senior team members as needed.
2. Develop comprehensive audit plans, identifying potential challenges.
3. Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide clear instructions.
4. Monitor project progress to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
5. Review and approve audit sections before submission for senior review.
6. Assist in the preparation or review of financial statements.
7. Summarize key client issues and account contents for senior team review.
8. Offer technical advice and mentorship to junior staff, providing detailed assistance and training when necessary.
9. Evaluate staff performance, offering feedback and completing audit review assessments post–project.
Requirements:
1. ACA or ACCA qualification, nearly qualified with practice experience.
2. 2–3 years of auditing experience.
3. Strong audit analysis and planning skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ideally CaseWare (accounts and audit).
5. Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
6. Up–to–date technical knowledge, including recent accounting standards developments.
7. Familiarity with IFRS, ISA, US GAAP & GAAS preferred but not required.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
9. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
10. Team player with strong problem–solving abilities.
11. Ability to perform well under pressure.

1. Salary of 40,000 – 45,000, depending on experience and qualification status. Negotiable.
