The Role
We are seeking a HR Manager to support the business with our ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. The business is growing rapidly and therefore the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress and develop quickly.
Responsibilities
1. Support the Legal Director and other senior management in all the day-to-day HR requirements of the business.
2. Lead the business in all HR policies, processes, and procedures.
3. Manage, develop, and implement the Employee Handbook.
4. Handle all administrative tasks in the HR department, including HR data management.
5. Manage the delivery of all mandatory training requirements.
6. Ownership of talent acquisition and recruitment, including onboarding.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have worked in HR management for at least 3-4 years, probably in an entrepreneurial, SME business. The ideal candidate will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 and will have excellent technical, organisational, and communication skills, along with a willingness to throw themselves into a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
