Business Services provide administrative support to many areas across Children and Young People's Services including Social Care, Early Help and Children's Centres.
A key element of the role will be to process incoming information and documents using specific systems and to meet set thresholds. Therefore, a proven ability to produce work which is accurate and demonstrates attention to detail is essential. In addition, you will be required to arrange and support highly confidential meetings, both in person and virtually. It is therefore also essential that you can demonstrate an ability to produce minutes to a high standard, which are detailed and accurate and within set timescales.
Although the majority of work is not front-facing, you will be required to act as the first point of contact at our children’s centres ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression. You will also be required to attend Riverside House on a rota basis.
