I’m looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join my clients offices in Gloucester. In this role as a commercial account handler, you’ll provide professional advice and excellent service to clients, manage insurance policies, and build strong relationships to retain existing clients while securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored insurance solutions, securing competitive premiums.
* Manage and review policy details and client information.
* Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and market changes, ensuring clients are informed.
* Ensure all processes are compliant and customer-focused.
* Placing commercial lines business within markets, whilst working with your clients, to best meet their needs
The Candidate:
* Previous experience within commercial insurance is essential
* Experience as an account handler within industry, would be highly advantageous.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Basic understanding of the broking insurance market, regulation, and compliance.
* Proficient with MS Office and Acturis systems.
