Job Description
The key responsibilities of an HR Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
3. Coordinate HR administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
4. Provide support to HR team members and staff, fostering positive relations.
5. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives.
7. Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
8. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
9. Facilitate communication within the team and across departments.
10. Stay current on industry trends in HR and the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
